The ZEN A Frame comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The cabin includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for couples, small families, or a small group of friends looking for a peaceful retreat. 

The cabin is located in Tuftonboro, New Hampshire, within the beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee region. The property sits beside a peaceful brook and is surrounded by forest, offering a quiet natural setting while still being close to nearby towns and outdoor activities. 

Yes, free parking is available on the property for guests during their stay. The parking area is located close to the cabin, making it easy to unload luggage and access the home. 

Yes, the cabin is equipped with high speed WiFi to help guests stay connected during their stay. There is also a dedicated workspace, which can be useful for guests who may need to work remotely. 

Yes, the ZEN A Frame includes a private sauna that guests can enjoy during their stay. It is a great way to relax and unwind, especially after a day spent exploring the surrounding Lake Region. 

No, parties or large gatherings are not permitted at the property. The cabin is designed to provide a quiet and relaxing environment for guests and to respect the peaceful nature of the surrounding area.

Yes, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, guests are asked to keep noise levels low out of respect for the surrounding environment and neighboring properties. 

Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home. If guests choose to smoke outside, they are asked to dispose of cigarette waste responsibly and never leave cigarette butts on the ground or deck. 

The Lake Winnipesaukee region offers a variety of year round outdoor activities. Guests can enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, and boating during the warmer months, while winter brings opportunities for skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful snowy landscapes. 

Children are welcome, but guests should keep in mind that the property is located in a natural forest setting. Areas such as the stream, uneven terrain, and outdoor spaces require supervision, and children should always be watched carefully. 

Guests can receive a full refund if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of booking, provided that the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50 percent refund is available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled check in date. Cancellations made within 7 days of check in are non refundable. 

Yes, guests will have full access to the cabin and its surrounding outdoor spaces during their stay. This includes the deck, fire pit area, sauna, and other amenities available on the property. 

Yes, the ZEN A Frame is designed to be enjoyed in every season. The surrounding Lake Region offers beautiful scenery and outdoor activities throughout the year, from hiking, boating, and lake days in the summer to cozy winter stays and nearby skiing during colder months. 

Booking directly through our website allows guests to access the same comfortable stay while communicating directly with the host. It can also provide a simpler booking experience and the most up to date availability for the cabin. 

House Rules

Zen A-Frame House Rules

1. Minimum Age Requirement

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book the property. The person making the reservation must be present during the stay.

2. Registered Guests Only

Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.

3. No Parties or Events

Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted without prior written permission by a host. The home is intended for quiet enjoyment and relaxation.

4. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM to respect the peaceful nature setting and neighboring properties.

5. No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly and never throw them on the ground or deck.

6. No Candles

Candles are not permitted inside or outside the home due to fire safety concerns.

7. Outdoor Fire Pit

All campfires must be contained in the stainless steel fire pit only. If the fire pit has been removed, campfires are not permitted due to local burn bans or owner discretion. The surrounding forest is highly susceptible to fire. A $1,000 fine may be charged if there are signs of a fire when campfires are not permitted.

8. Indoor Fireplace

The indoor fireplace is a special feature of the home and must be used responsibly. Only 1–3 small pieces of firewood are needed to maintain a safe and comfortable fire. Do not overload the fireplace or leave a fire unattended. If you are unsure how to operate the fireplace, please review the instructions in the guest book or contact the host for guidance before lighting a fire. Use of the fireplace is at your own risk, and guests assume responsibility for safe operation. Guests may be held responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the fireplace.

9. Sauna Use

Please follow all listed instructions in the guide book when using the sauna. Use of the sauna is at your own risk, and guests assume responsibility for safe operation. Do not use the sauna if intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

10. Trash & Recycling

Garbage and recycling bins are located at the corner of the parking area. Please ensure the lids are securely closed after disposing of waste to prevent wildlife from accessing the bins.

11. Property Trails

Please stay on designated trails when exploring the property to help protect the surrounding environment.

12. Grill

Please clean the BBQ grill after use.

13. Deck and Loft Safety

Please keep a close eye on children when using the upstairs loft area and deck.

14. Damage Reporting

Accidents happen and we understand that. Please report any damage during your stay so we can address it promptly. Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay. Unreported damage discovered after checkout may result in additional charges.

15. Respect the Home & Property

Please treat the Zen A-Frame with care and respect so future guests can enjoy the same peaceful experience. Excessive mess, damage, or misuse of the property may result in additional cleaning fees or repair charges.

16. Illegal Activity

Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property.

17. Use of Property & Amenities at Your Own Risk

Guests acknowledge that the property includes natural and built features such as stairs, balconies, steep terrain, wooded areas, trees, a natural stream with running water, rocks, fire features, grills, walkways, and a sauna. The property is located in a natural forest environment and contains uneven ground, steep terrain, roots, rocks, and other natural obstacles. Areas near the stream and throughout the property may become slippery due to water, moss, rain, snow, or ice, and walkways, rocks, and outdoor surfaces may become slippery, uneven, or unstable, especially during winter weather or other adverse conditions. The natural stream and surrounding areas may also contain rocks, branches, debris, or other sharp objects commonly found in outdoor environments.

By booking and staying at the property, guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their group and agree to use all amenities, structures, and outdoor areas at their own risk. The host and property owners shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, slips, falls, cuts, or loss or damage to personal property that may occur on the property or while using its amenities.

Guests agree to exercise caution at all times, particularly near the stream, rocks, steep terrain, stairs, balconies, wooded areas, and outdoor spaces. Children must be supervised at all times. By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to the house rules and assume responsibility for their actions and the actions of anyone in their group while on the property.
